This is Inara. She came to us from Skyland Malamutes in Oklahoma. Inara is absolutely massive! By 9 months old, she was already our largest female. She will mature as one of the largest we will ever have. She comes from old, huge lines.
Inara is a very goofy girl. She has a not so small stash of toilet paper tubes, and she is always right there in the bathroom, waiting for her single square of toilet paper to wear as a hat for the duration of the time in the bathroom. She also loves water! She used to get into the shower with me, until she grew too big to fit into the bathtub. Inara tolerates other dogs fairly well, but LOVES cats. She tries to adopt every cat she sees, as her babies.
Inara has a good mix of height and bulk. She is wide, good bone density, and an all around hefty girl! When she stands on her hind legs, she is almost 6ft tall. She has a woolly coat that is jet black, and beautiful closed face markings with a heavy mask.
Inara has an amazing temperament and goofy personality that she passes on to her puppies - she is a true gentle giant!
Inara carries a little bit of everything in her pedigree, including splash markings!
